2024 Singlefile Great Southern Vermentino

New Release

The wine displays summer florals, some green apple and subtle orange blossom characters. The mouth feel is textural with a soft, sea spray minerality, some savoury tones and good natural acidity.

2024 Singlefile Great Southern Rosé

New Release

Pale salmon pink in colour, this is a contemporary Provence style of dry rosé; nuanced and delicate flavours of cranberry, orange skin and spices. It is long in flavour and mouthfeel with cherry, clove and burnt orange elements. It provides a persistent, textural and dry finish.

The focus then moves to the winery, where we recruit the best tools, methods and people to craft elegantly balanced wines with marginal synthetic intrusion.
