The colour is bright and pale gold, and the wine is highly perfumed with classic Great Southern riesling characters of apple blossom and citrus. A dry styled riesling, the palate displays lime zest, tart Granny Smith apple and a balanced, stony minerality. The finish is clean, with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering fruit presence.

The colour is light and glistening. The wine displays powerful aromatics with gooseberry and green peas, and secondary floral and herbaceous aromas. The palate shows a textural mouthfeel with pleasant roundness and flavours of passionfruit, zesty citrus and snow pea subtle minerality. Fruit flavours linger on the palate and the wine has a refreshing, zippy finish.

A lighter style fiano with lifted aromas of lemon and spice. These follow through on the palate, enhanced with subtle nutty flavours and a softly textured mouth feel. This wine is well suited to complement light, fresh white meat and seafood dishes.

Pale salmon pink in colour, this is a contemporary Provence style of dry rosé; nuanced and delicate flavours of cranberry, orange skin and spices. It is long in flavour and mouthfeel with cherry, clove and burnt orange elements. It provides a persistent, textural and dry finish.

With a deep crimson purple hue, this medium bodied tempranillo reveals intense dark berries, accompanied by spicy nuances and hints of forest floor, supported by subtle oak undertones. The wine is effortlessly mouth filling, marrying velvety savouriness with well-balanced acidity and complex tannins. The result is a chewy, almost dusty, and gently drying mouthfeel.
