The colour is a light berry red, with powerful aromatics in the glass. Sour cherry and red berry fruit are at the fore, supported by complex savoury and earthy aromas. The palate is light and characterised by red fruit, brambly ‘bunch’ character and a subtle minerality. Smooth, drying tannins and bright acidity provide structure and length. An ideal style to serve chilled.

The colour is light and pristine, and the aromatics display powerful lemon and lime with enticing notes of honey. A dry riesling, the wine displays intense lime and lemon blossom flavours with lively, flinty minerality (which will develop further with age). The wine has a crisp, tingling finish, with a lingering lemony acidity.

An intense and refined riesling

Pale quartz in colour this wine shows beautiful aromatics of lemon sherbet with subtle hints of sea-salt and pronounced minerality. The palate is characterised by the natural acidic drive of the wine, with flavours of lemon, green apple and stony talc flowing through the length of the palate. There is superb drive, length and balance to this wine. It will develop further over the next 20 years.

The colour is bright and pale gold, and the aromatics display characters of pear and apple. The palate is lively displaying lemon, stone fruits and a subtle almond nutty character. The finish is clean, with great acidity and a lingering fruit presence. We expect this wine will show its best after a few years aging in the bottle.

Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it. Complex aromas hinting at spice, passionfruit and subtle grassiness. The oak treatment adds elegance and texture to balance the underlying fruit. A perfect style to enjoy with food.

Fine aromatics, reminiscent of floral, citrus and flint, build in intensity as the wine breathes in the glass, to show layers of funky wild ferment and lees-derived complexity. The palate has great depth of flavour, with clarity and poise, all the elements following a long line of mineral acidity.

A tightly packed chardonnay displaying rich fruit flavours and a buttery character from malolactic fermentation. The wine shows a full mouthfeel derived from the lees work and a big French oak influence. The palate has length and drive towards the long finish, with broad intensity.

New Release

This grenache displays highly perfumed aromatics of red berries, violets, and dried herbs. The medium bodied palate offers a smooth and voluptuous mouthfeel, with the presence of fine, drying tannins typical of grenache. Full varietal flavours show rich fruit reminiscent of blackcurrant pastille and stewed strawberry, supported by gravel notes and subtle savouriness.

A seductive, savoury styled pinot with lifted aromas of sour cherries, herbs and spices. These characters follow through on the palate with a moreish, medium weight and textured mouth feel with forest floor characters, soft, silky tannins and a long finish. Oak sits in the background.
